I have operated at all levels of organisations, from years in operations, right up to executive positions and as such, I see the links between strategy and operations and how we might implement change in a real and pragmatic way . My happy place is that of operational change working alongside senior leaders to achieve business outcomes and navigate complexity.

Outside of the office I enjoy trying to play golf, hanging with my kids and expanding my thinking through completing my Masters in organisational change.
